Because it's an unusual story that you won't find in any scenario.Such an interesting story that I'm sure Hollywood would want to buy and this is not my point of view, this is what the jury members at film festivals told me.

In this film, the theme of humanism is touched upon; it runs like a red line through the entire film.

Since childhood, I dreamed of being an actor, but they didn't take me to the cinema. Then I decided to make films myself and act in films myself. this is my 2nd film, but I didn't shoot here. I was also influenced by the films Pulp Fiction and Trainspotting

Who is your role model?
In the movies, role models Quentin Tarantino, Guy Ritchie and others.

As I said earlier my favorite movies are Trainspotting and Pulp Fiction. probably because my youth fell on the 90s, and these films became simply revolutionary.

Where do you look for inspiration for your films?
All my stories are taken from my real life and inspire me with cult movies

I am interested in different topics, because I have a lot of life experience, I studied at different universities, worked in many places, traveled half the world, I notice a lot, I observe a lot of people and animals

What do you consider your greatest achievement in your career?
I was a star of the 90s in the Republic of Kazakhstan, being a musician and a TV and radio host, and in the cinema, in which I take my first steps, a great achievement is the fact that my film The Rat won 6 Grand Prix at international festivals around the world.

What do you consider most important about filming?
The most important thing in the filming process is a team of professionals from the operator to the actors

Which film technique of shooting do you consider the best?
The best cinematic technique is the one used by my favorite filmmakers like Quentin Tarantino and other iconic directors.

How would you rate/What is your opinion about current filmmaking?
Today, there is little revolutionary happening on the screens, the emphasis is on computer graphics and effects. Movies like this require a lot of money. But it's good that many independent directors are making their own films, which are also interesting.

What can disappoint you in a movie?
If the audience doesn't like it, it will upset me a lot. I always think about the audience, since I worked as a director on television, the worst thing was if the guardian changed the channel. The task is to keep the viewer in the chair. If that doesn't work, you'll have to remount.

Who supports you in your film career?
Nobody supports me, thanks to my friends who lend me money for movies, so I am very grateful to them

What are the reactions to your film? (opinion of spectators, film critics, friends and family)
As I said earlier, people who saw my film were very surprised, especially people from other countries, because our country and the history that we showed them seemed very exotic.
